Choosing to Place Your License

You must be sponsored by a NYS Real Estate principle
Broker to work as a Real Estate Agent in New York State.

There is a big difference in Real Estate Companies and Broker's Offices. Only you will know what makes you comfortable and profitable in your real estate career.

1.  Take the time to interview with at least 3 different brokers. Be sure you interview with the principle broker. This is the owner of the business and /or company.

2.  Make a list of you likes and dislikes. Some points to ponder.

3.  Compare your notes and then Decide.
