Your future could look like this!
After taking my 45 hour course, passing the state
exam, and receiving my license, I interviewed with numerous real
estate brokers finally settling with Hometown Real Estate. I
couldn't believe how much education you need to be a real estate
agent. But, with Liz and my fellow Hometown Associates I received
lots of support and hands-on training.
I'll never forget my first phone duty, I felt
excited and scared, but was definitely ready. Liz was in early that
morning. The phone rang. My first call was a woman wanting to know
how much the blue house in South Glens Falls was. I put here on hold
as Liz had instructed me. I turned to Liz and said "blue house
in South Glens Falls - What do I do?" She said: "Oh,
that's jimmy's listing on Reynolds Road." I was shocked. She
knew exactly where it was and in just seconds she turned to a page
in my MLS book and said: " There's all the in for - so go
ahead!" I couldn't believe it, I was shocked. Out of 92 homes,
she knew which one it was.
Well, I hit it off with that customer and the blue
house in South Glens Falls. In fact, she turned out to be a great
client and friend. She's always sending me business which, by the
way, keeps me pretty busy. Being a Real Estate Associate is fun and
very rewarding at Hometown. I've made lots & lots of new friends
and my business is thriving. It's been three years and Liz is
encouraging me to go for my Associates Broker's License.
I love my work and look forward to long and
successful career in Real Estate with Liz and Hometown Real Estate.
Your career could be great too!
